We use a program called Gizmo for voice chat, so if you don't have it, get it at www.gizmoproject.com. There's a client for Mac, PC, and Linux, so everyone should be able to get on. To connect to voice chat, you have to dial in to a conference call. We usually use 1-222-HALOFTW.
