http://www.brettspielwelt.de/ has a new board game called Paris-Paris. Kind of an odd setup... you're building houses along bus routes in downtown Paris... but gameplay is pretty fun. Good mix of strategy and luck. 2-player games can be as quick as 8 minutes, while the 4- or 5-player games might take anywhere from 20-40 minutes.
