The facebook game formerly known as Civ: Network is now Civ: World. Check out this explanatory letter from Sid:

Alpha testing starts next week. It requires "teams" of 5-50 people. I've signed up with the team name "Clan Plaid" and put myself in as captain. If you want to join in, sign up here using the same team and captain name. For reference:
