we have this email discussion list. It's been up for a while, but only I am subscribed, probably becuase I never told anyone about it. But in an effort to try to increase the levels of communication between guildies, we should all make sure to sign up on the CPWoWTalk mailing list. In addition to posting on this message board about raid & instance events, we can email the list and let everyone know about things that way too. Here's a link where you go to subscribe, as well as all the info about how to post/join/leave/etc...
